It`s a good idea to use a colocation contract. A good colocation agreement describes the “house rules”. Well, it turns out that you can really have your own contract (known as a “colocation agreement”) and they are becoming increasingly popular in the UK. Before you sign something old, make sure you understand what you`re actually signing. A colocation agreement is a contract that describes the terms and responsibilities of each resident and may contain requirements such as a cleaning plan, invoices, and rental fees for each person (see our presentation). When drafting your colocation agreement, there are a few questions you need to ask yourself. Do not forget to make the agreement unique for you, in order to avoid agreeing not to break the non-existent microwave of your roommates of a model that you have crushed on the Internet. These are the questions you need to ask yourself when it comes to your colocation arrangement: it depends on the structure of your colocation arrangement.
